To register for a groundwork clinic, you must pay the $60 clinic fee. Your spot is NOT held until your deposit is paid.

In 2024, this clinic will be $150.

If registering online using the form below, expect an email within 1-2 business days to confirm it has been received. If you did not receive a confirmation email within three business days please contact us.

If you do not wish to register online using the form below, you can register by mail! To register by mail:

1) Print the packet at the button below.

2) Fill it out and mail to us with a check or money order for deposit. Please enclose a note notifying us which clinic you are signing up for if there are multiple clinics on our schedule.

3) Look for your confirmation email.
